Casen Fleet Laborotories

In 1869, Charles B. Fleet created the company C. B. Fleet in the USA and began to manufacture health products, focusing on the market of bowel evacuants.
After more than a century of history, C. B. Fleet has acquired various companies and currently distributes its products in over 100 countries. Pedro Luis Roncalés founded Casen in Spain in 1947. It researches and develops pharmaceutical products in areas such as paediatrics and gastroenterology. Among other products, it has developed oral rehydration salts (ORS) and the Casen Enema, the first small-sized enema in Spain and the sector’s leading product.
In 1996, after incorporating other European companies, C.B. Fleet purchased Laboratorios Casen..
